1. Dr. Smith finds Jacob dead in the ER after other doctors had worked to revive him after an asthma attack (see Jacob Collapses). The good doctor decides to try and revive him so he shocks his heart over and over (back arching up and eyes rolling back), forces oxygen in and out (causing chest/stomach to rise and fall), and deep compressions. None of this works so he starts using ECT and the boy awakes and the doctor tries to keep him alive with more compressions etc. . .
2. Jacob is knocked out in the hallway and brought into Dr. Smiths lab where his shirt is removed. Dr. Smith then spends a lot of time touching his chest, nipples, abs, and belly button. Suddenly he wakes up only to be knocked out again with a mask. More touching ensues and then Dr. Smith uses the defibrillator on him as he freaks out in pain.
3. Jacob is wired up with a ton of electrodes, oiled up, and then convulses.
